• 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, showroom, or sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and create a welcoming environment.
• Help customers identify solutions that fit project needs, style, and budget.
• Present products using displays, samples, digital tools, and marketing materials.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.
• Capture showroom traffic, leads, and customer appointments.
• Provide product information and support to homeowners, builders, contractors, architects, designers.
• Assist with local events, open houses, and community outreach.
• Maintain showroom displays, samples, and materials to high standard.
