Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors in Frisco is seeking a Brand Ambassador for the Experience Center to greet visitors, demonstrate products, and guide customers through the showroom.

You will support front desk duties, schedule appointments, assist sales consultants, and help coordinate showroom events while maintaining brand standards. This role offers hands-on showroom experience and growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, provide product information and showroom guidance.
• Answer calls, pre-qualify customers, and schedule appointments with sales professionals.
• Input and maintain customer data and appointments in CRM (Salesforce).
• Support showroom events and host professional networking events and trainings.
• Assist sales consultants with administrative tasks and order tracking.
