Job summary

Next Door & Window is seeking a friendly and organized Showroom Coordinator (Floater) to support Naperville, Burr Ridge, and Arlington Heights showrooms. You’ll greet customers, schedule visits, answer inquiries, and help guide product selections while ensuring each showroom remains welcoming and well-informed.

The role involves coordinating leads for in-home estimates and assisting with events and daily showroom operations. prior showroom or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Showroom/retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits.
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
• Guide customers to the right products and services based on needs.
• Assist with product selections and questions.
• Learn products and installation processes to be a knowledgeable resource.
• Follow up with customers and address questions and concerns.
• Coordinate leads and appointments for in-home estimates.
• Maintain a clean, inviting showroom with current displays and materials.
• Assist with showroom events and day-to-day operations.

**** Please note that this coordinator will be expected to in the Naperville showroom two days days a week, Burr Ridge showroom two days a week and at our Arlington Heights showroom one day a week. ***

You’ll be the first person our customers meet when they visit our showroom and an important part of making sure every customer feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally
• Listen to customers and help guide them to the right products and services
• Assist customers with product selections and questions
• Learn our products and installation process so you can become a knowledgeable showroom resource
• Follow up with customers and make sure questions and concerns are addressed
• Coordinate leads and appointments for complimentary in-home estimates
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting showroom
• Keep product information, displays, and materials current
• Assist with showroom events, open houses, and home shows
• Support the day-to-day operation of the showroom
