Andersen Corporation is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to elevate homeowner experiences in our showroom and through outbound calls. You will manage daily operations for Event and Retail and Proximity Marketing programs, ensuring smooth workflows and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Administrative experience with emphasis in operational organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of Renewal by Andersen's prescribed methodology.
• Ability to contribute in a team environment.
• Customer-facing service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs.
• Ability to learn products quickly and communicate them clearly.
• Ability to self-manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Use our prescribed Methodology to deliver world-class homeowner experience in the showroom.
• Enter and audit all leads (sweepstakes, callbacks, appointments).
• Outbound calls to assigned customer lists to generate lead flow from non-traditional sources.
• Support non-traditional functions through permit coordination and event prospecting.
• Support recruiting through candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Create, maintain, and update schedules for events and employees.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
