Job summary

Next Door & Window is seeking a friendly, organized Showroom Coordinator (Floater) to greet guests, help with product selections, and coordinate appointments across Naperville, Burr Ridge, and Arlington Heights showrooms. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring customers feel welcomed and informed as they explore products and installation options.

You will answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guide customers through choices, and support in-home estimates scheduling while keeping

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to listen and guide customers to products.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Naperville/Burr Ridge/Arlington Heights Showroom Coordinator (Floater)

**** Please note that this coordinator will be expected to in the Naperville showroom two days days a week, Burr Ridge showroom two days a week and at our Arlington Heights showroom one day a week. ***

Next Door & Window is looking for aShowroom Coordinatorwho is warm, welcoming, organized, and passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be the first person our customers meet when they visit our showroom and an important part of making sure every customer feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer visits
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally
• Listen to customers and help guide them to the right products and services
• Assist customers with product selections and questions
• Learn our products and installation process so you can become a knowledgeable showroom resource
• Follow up with customers and make sure questions and concerns are addressed
• Coordinate leads and appointments for complimentary in-home estimates
• Maintain a clean, organized, inviting showroom
• Keep product information, displays, and materials current
• Assist with showroom events, open houses, and home shows
• Support the day-to-day operation of the showroom
