Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Burlington, MA to greet guests, manage appointments, and support sales activities in a fast-paced showroom. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to drive positive customer experiences and repeat business.

You will collaborate with sales teams to maintain organized customer records and follow up on bids and literature packages. Hours are 40 per week with some Saturday shifts; starting pay is $20 per hour with variation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom guests and build customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a positive demeanor.
• Manage appointment book and customer folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and literature packages.
• Address customer notes and thank-you cards for completed selections.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and present solutions to customers.
