Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Burlington, MA to greet guests, manage appointments, and support sales activities in a fast-paced showroom. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to drive positive customer experiences and repeat business.

You will collaborate with sales teams to maintain organized customer records and follow up on bids and literature packages. Hours are 40 per week with some Saturday shifts; starting pay is $20 per hour with variation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Schedule

40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with one Saturday shift per month from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, work hours will be adjusted to maintain a balanced schedule.

Pay

Starting at $20 per hour or higher depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Optimally communicate appointment policy.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address "Thank You" cards to customers for full house selections.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
• Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task-oriented job responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $24.94.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
