Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a rotating Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Seattle, WA. You will greet guests, handle calls, manage appointments, and maintain documentation to support sales and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, organization, and proficiency with MS Office while contributing to a positive showroom experience for customers and partners.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in showroom and build lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy to customers.
• Manage sign-ins, appointment book, and customer folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address Thank You cards to customers for full house selections.
