Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Asheville, NC to greet guests, manage appointments, and assist customers with sales and service needs. The role focuses on delivering a friendly, informative showroom experience and maintaining organized customer records and literature packages.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The position runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM onsite with a pay range of $15.00–$20.59 per hour and eligible benefits including healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet timelines.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in our showroom and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policy effectively.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment books and customer job folders.
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address Thank You cards to customers for full house selections.
