Job summary

Supply New England in Burlington, MA is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to greet customers, qualify leads, and support showroom operations. You will use Salesforce to assign customers to consultants, monitor flow, and handle follow-up communications, while assisting with sample requests and back-office tasks.

Ideal candidates have an Associates degree in interior design or related field, interest in home décor, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and design software.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates Degree. Interior Design or related a plus.
• Interest in interior design and home décor.
• Retail or other sales experience a plus.
• Strong command level of cutting-edge technology – various apps, all aspects of virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, multi-platform integration.
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Adobe Acrobat Pro experience a plus
• Experience with graphic or home design/architecture software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet & qualify all customers coming in.
• Use Salesforce to communicate with showroom team; assign customer to appropriate consultant.
• Monitor customer flow incl wait times & appointments and send daily follow-up emails.
• Answer phones & assist callers; assist staff with vendors by checking on POs and delivery status.
• Organize and maintain back office; create Spec Books for Consultants and Mood Boards.
• Assist with sample requests and returns; help with contracts for design services.
