The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Showroom Administrator to support all showroom administration activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.

You will deliver an exceptional client experience, handle stock, banking, end-of-day tasks, and liaise with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.

This role emphasizes organization, IT literacy, and a proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain showroom administration in line with company procedures.
• Engage with clients and colleagues with a professional, friendly approach.
• Provide exceptional client service and support showroom operations.
• Manage stock and end-of-day paperwork following audit procedures.
• Handle enquiries and orders efficiently and accurately.
• Support training via e-learning and adhere to dress code.
• Assist with banking and related documentation as required.
• Ensure neat housekeeping and efficient admin areas.
