Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of administration within the showroom are kept in line with company procedures.
• Use excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the business to engage with clients and colleagues.
• Be well presented at all times with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, delivering excellent client service to everyone you meet, and play a key role in the showroom’s success.
• Ensure all administrative tasks and related documentation adhere to Company Audit and Security procedures, including stock control, end‑of‑day paperwork and banking.
• Ensure enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently.
• Manage all internal stock and repair systems in line with audit procedures.
• Ensure quality housekeeping and efficient set‑up in all admin‑associated areas of the showroom.
• Answer and direct telephone enquiries.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Complete relevant training via e‑learning.
• Adhere to the company dress code.
