You will coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on service orders while ensuring showroom administration aligns with company procedures, delivering a consistent, high-quality aftercare experience.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with strong communication, planning and numeracy to monitor KPIs and cost efficiency.
