Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Production Manager to oversee on-site, backstage, and show-related technical details for concerts and events at Live Nation venues.

You will support the Production Manager across show progression, budgeting, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and venue teams to ensure seamless performances. A minimum 3 years in event production with a hands-on, flexible approach is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event-based production, with an emphasis on live music or venues.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and willingness to work in a high-energy setting.
• Flexible schedule including days/nights, weekends and holidays.
• Adherence to Live Nation policies and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between tour/client production and the LN venue, advancing presale technical information and rider requirements.
• Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue teams to meet show requirements, including stagehands, security and equipment.
• Manage day-of-show operations from load-in to load-out with focus on customer service and schedules.
• Assist Production Manager with show accounting and artist settlements, including vendor payments.
• Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations.
• Coordinate management of subcontractors and third-party vendors for safe, efficient events.
• Assist in onboarding and training production staff to ensure readiness and best practices.
