Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the production department across venues and tours. The role focuses on maintaining a positive environment, managing daily show logistics, and ensuring cost-effective operations for all events.

You will coordinate stage, lighting, sound, and backline crews, advance technical details with Talent Buyers, and uphold accurate vendor and filing systems. A strong background in live entertainment production is essential.

Qualifications

• Calm, professional demeanor suitable for high-pressure live events.
• Previous production experience in an entertainment venue is required.
• Experience with tours and stage production is preferred.
• Knowledge of stage lighting, pro audio, and video systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills; proficiency in Windows tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production department operations and ensure a positive environment.
• Create and distribute daily show flash reports and P&Ls.
• Understand deal structures and settlement processes for events.
• Train and assist staff; manage budgets and labor costs.
• Coordinate stage, lighting, sound, and backline crews for shows.
• Advance technical details with Talent Buyers and Production Manager.
• Maintain records, vendor files, and purchase orders; ensure safety.
