Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor the store environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to support productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft and maintain safety.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety procedures.
