Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor the store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture and energetic greeting.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and stand at the front of the store to deter theft.
• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting to promote security.
• Create a secure environment and reduce opportunities for theft.
• Provide training to associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Role-model safety as a priority and address unsafe practices promptly.
• Review, analyze and comprehend business trends and communicate theft-prevention information during store rallies.
