Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes
• Greet customers with a warm smile and energetic greeting to reinforce a sense of security
• Maintain confidentiality and operate within safety and security standards
