Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities
• Greet every customer with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain professional appearance
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to Manager on Duty
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs
