Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional entrance/exit presence and monitor high-risk areas.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and energetic greeting to promote a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Help train associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
• Assist in enforcing safety and security standards store-wide.
