Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor surroundings.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• Dress and radio/earpiece protocols must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and high-risk areas.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud, friendly greeting and eye contact.
• Monitor for theft and report incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates as required.
• Support training and reinforce shortage reduction programs with staff.
