You will stand at store entrances, greet customers with a warm, confident greeting, and monitor for theft while engaging with guests and teammates in line with our values. In this role you’ll learn shortage reduction programs, assist with bag checks, report incidents to management, and support training for associates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail.
• Experience in asset protection or loss prevention is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident greeting and maintain professional appearance.
• Communicate theft prevention information during rallies and with management.
• Conduct bag and package checks in accordance with safety and security standards.
