Job summary

You will monitor entrances, assist associates, and report theft incidents to management, while upholding safety standards. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation at $15 per hour and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment with detailed focus and disciplined decision making.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting to promote a sense of control and security.
• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and dishonesty.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
