Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to deter theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident, energetic greeting and eye contact.
• Assist with bag and package checks while following safety and security standards.
• Identify and report theft or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
