Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Shore Excursions Operations Process & Optimization Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of 2000+ excursions from 300+ partners across 60+ ports. Handles tour operator relations, safety, logistics, and ongoing process improvements to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, IT, and Operations, and involves training operators, responding to incidents, and driving data-driven enhancements across multiple

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to shipboard teams on issues escalated through Fleet Ops Manager and ensure overall performance of assigned ships.
• Review and advise on shipboard policies to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement of tour dispatching and inventory management.
• Lead collaboration with Marketing, IT, Product Development and Operations for product enhancements and IT initiatives.
• Train tour operators and guides on sales, service and emergency response; respond to incidents and guest complaints; manage invoices and payments.
• Analyze performance of shore excursions, recalibrate offerings for quality and guest satisfaction; conduct site inspections.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Hospitality, Logistics, Business Administration
