Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Product Manager (Shore Tours) to own and grow vacation-based guest programs for Holland America Line & Seabourn, from strategic planning through release while managing performance, cost, and schedule.

You will source excursion operators, set pricing, monitor trends, and collaborate with marketing and onboard teams to promote tours and ensure compliance and high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of product development experience in tourism or cruise lines.
• Knowledge of international destinations and port information.
• Experience in forecasting, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MXP.
• Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and results-oriented mindset.
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to develop vendor relationships.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Use an online bidding database to create and promote tour descriptions.
• Adhere to product opening schedules and cut-off dates for all tours.
• Source excursion operators and new programs.
• Negotiate fees and submit bidding proposals.
• Update content and analyze historical tour statistics and booking trends.
• Set and review retail pricing for excursion merchandise.
• Monitor coordination with onboard revenue, tour operators, and shore excursion groups to troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate product issues and ensure follow-up resolutions.
