Job summary

RED Hospitality & Leisure seeks an experienced Cruise Ship Excursion Manager to oversee daily operations of excursions, coordinating guests from cruise lines to catamarans and ferry vessels, while maintaining service quality and safety.

You will work with shipboard teams, manage manifests, liaise with captains and shore teams, supervise guides, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, hospitality, marine operations, or logistics experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reports, briefings, and policies.
• Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office for planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Cruise Ship Excursions operations and guest transport to catamarans and ferries.
• Coordinate manifests, vendor relations, and daily run-of-show plans with shipboard teams.
• Supervise guides, manage budgets and labor schedules, and ensure safety standards.
