American Cruise Lines is seeking an Excursions Director to lead shore excursions, on-board guest experiences, and vendor communications. This role demands high guest interaction, creativity, and teamwork across shipboard operations.

Responsibilities include arranging excursions, briefing guests, and coordinating with hotels, CVBs, and the Home Office while promoting onboard sales and brand loyalty. Requires travel and on-board assignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage guests and deliver high guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange, confirm and adjust shore excursions and transfers.
• Accompany guests on daily excursions as a brand ambassador.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and ground operators for timely service.
• Inform crew about daily excursion offerings and changes.
