Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking an organized administrative professional to support the Manager, Destination Services in shore excursion product administration and development across assigned regions. You will manage tour forms, itineraries, operator communications, and updates in NVS/Seaware and Retail Masters, ensuring timely information for sailing assignments and new tour initiatives.

A High School Diploma and at least 1 year in shore excursions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of Shore Excursion experience.
• Knowledge of NVS/Seaware and MS Office (Word/Excel) required.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Destination Managers onboard have tour forms and information and support with requests.
• Send operators tour participation figures and confirm forms have been received.
• Ensure operators have latest ship itineraries and assist with changes.
• Communicate with tour operators worldwide to ensure operation efficiency and address questions or events.
• Assist Revenue Management with tour space during move offs.
• Assist Sales Force with requests and waitlisted excursion matters.
• Request Envograms to notify guests of tour changes or cancellations.
• Add space and build extensions when departures are added.
• Assist with new tour initiatives and in building tours in NVS.
• Update Retail Masters and make changes in NVS/Seaware.
• Maintain and update in-house Tour Operator Directory.
• Support Managers/Director with special projects.
