Job summary

GGP Services Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee cost‑effective operation, maintenance, and preservation of Christiana Mall assets.

You’ll support the Sr GM with physical operations, construction coordination, safety, and project management to meet business metrics. Responsibilities include managing capital/operating plans, tenant relationships, and vendor compliance while ensuring safety and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in shopping centers or equivalent management.
• 3+ years facilities operations or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Proven leadership, project management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a well‑kept property to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare multi‑year capital and operating expense plans and projects.
• Develop tenant relationships and ensure lease compliance and timely construction completion.
• Administer preventive maintenance programs and vendor contracts.
• Ensure safety systems are code compliant and reports are posted.
• Support sustainability efforts and monitor utility use and costs.
• Lead and develop direct reports while aligning with company policies.
