Job summary

GGP is seeking a General Manager for Christiana Mall to inspire the property team and drive operational excellence. You will manage multi-year capex and Opex plans, monitor NOI and occupancy, and lead tenant relations while upholding company policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, finance acumen, and community engagement with on-site presence including some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of shopping center leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspires and leads property team to achieve business metrics and goals.
• Develops and manages multi-year capital and operating expense plans.
• Oversees key metrics: NOI, cash flow, occupancy, sales, financing.
• Develops talent and ensures policy compliance across teams.
• Builds relationships with tenants, officials and community stakeholders.
• Participates in MOD scheduling and on-site leadership during non-office hours.
