Job summary

GGP is seeking a General Manager for Christiana Mall to lead the property team and drive operational excellence in line with corporate standards. You will develop and manage multi-year capital and operating plans, supervise staff, and nurture relationships with tenants and local officials to optimize performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shopping center leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s a plus.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking abilities.
