Job summary

GGP seeks an Associate Operations Manager to support cost-effective operation, maintenance and long-term preservation of Glendale Galleria and other assets. You will help the Sr Operations Manager drive performance while coordinating with multiple departments and vendors.

This role may require relocation based on company needs and involves shifting to on-site property management duties and potential evening/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of property, facilities, or construction management preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the (Sr) Operations Manager in operating and maintaining the property.
• Coordinate construction and capital projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Oversee safety, health, and environmental programs as applicable.
