Job summary

GGP is seeking an Operations Manager for its Baybrook Mall portfolio. The role focuses on cost-effective operation, maintenance, and long-term preservation of assets, coordinating with the Sr General Manager to meet property metrics.

Responsibilities include facility oversight, capital planning, safety, and contractor management. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and financial skills, with a background in shopping centers or facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent management.
• 3+ years of facilities operations or construction management preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well maintained property, delivering a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans and projects.
• Develop tenant relationships to regulate compliance with lease requirements and timelines.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and vendor compliance.
• Oversee safety systems, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy and monitor timely payment.
• Participate in MOD schedule and be on-site as required.
