Qualifications

• At least five years of ecommerce experience operating and improving a retail website.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and managing ecommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising and the full customer shopping journey.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own website calendar and coordinate launches, collections, campaigns, promotions, and content changes.
• Keep listings, imagery, descriptions, navigation, and pages accurate and current; coordinate with teams on pricing and promotions.
• Merchandise site to improve discovery and sales; manage special shops and categories as needed.
• Review shopping journeys and ensure updates publish accurately and on time before major launches.
• Maintain a prioritized list of website issues, coordinate fixes, and verify customer-facing results.
• Track revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic; provide regular performance reporting.
