Job summary

OluKai is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own how products appear online, from launch through campaigns, across web, app, and social channels. You will optimize search, merchandising, and content, ensuring best-in-class DTC experiences and a data-driven approach to improvements.

You will partner with Planning, Buying, Marketing, and Creative; manage vendor relationships, and drive site performance with a mobile-first mindset and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ecommerce management and merchandising experience; deep Shopify Plus experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning product launches across multiple sales channels, with catalog hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own product launch execution across all sales channels with on-site timing and storytelling.
• Optimize on-site discoverability with SEO, AEO, and internal linking; monitor Core Web Vitals.
• Lead CRO roadmap; hypothesize and test user flows, content, and copy; report results.
