Job summary

DNAM Brands is seeking a highly analytical E-Commerce Manager to oversee daily operations across our Shopify Plus storefronts, digital merchandising, and multi-brand launches. You will own performance, enable efficient product rollouts, and optimize content to drive revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations to improve navigation, promotions, and customer experience, grounded in GA4 data and A/B testing insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus storefronts and product launches.
• Strong merchandising, promotions, and website operations knowledge.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, and social commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Shopify Plus operations across the DNAM Brands portfolio.
• Execute product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and merchandising.
• Maintain product data, imagery, descriptions, and content across sites.
• Optimize navigation, collections, search, and PDPs to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics to grow revenue.
