Job summary

Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the Shopify Plus storefront, drive the website roadmap, and ensure a high-converting customer experience aligned with brand objectives.

You will oversee site performance, app ecosystem, KPI optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Technology, and Operations in a fast-paced health & wellness environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct ecommerce management with ownership of site performance.
• Deep Shopify Plus experience and ability to manage a sophisticated ecommerce environment.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Tech, and Operations.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary Shopify Plus storefront, its performance, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Develop and manage the website roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and drive launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve the website and expand landing pages and content.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Tech, and QA post-launch features.
• Lead CRO by owning A/B testing, data analysis, and optimization across the customer journey.
