Job summary

OluKai seeks an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own site merchandising, product launches, and cross-channel campaigns across web, app, and social commerce. You will optimize product data, SEO, and CRO while partnering with Planning, Buying, and Marketing to align with inventory and guest experience.

You will manage vendor relationships, lead GTM moments, and drive analytics with GA4, HTML/CSS, and AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of ecommerce management and merchandising, with Shopify Plus experience.
Experience owning product launches across multiple channels, with data hygiene.
Knowledge of SEO/AEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
Hands-on CRO program experience with testing platforms (Intelligems, PDQ or similar).
Proven vendor management with external agencies and development partners.
Experience briefing GTM or campaign moments; TikTok Shop/social commerce a plus.
Strong GA4 analytics; knowledge of HTML/CSS; analytical mindset.
Project management with Asana preferred.
Experience using Claude Cowork or AI tools; AI-forward mindset.
Familiarity with G Suite, Photoshop/Figma; DOMO a plus.
Availability to support launches outside standard hours.
Desire to learn and scale a best-in-class DTC experience; love OluKai culture.

Responsibilities

Own product launch execution across all channels with on-time, on-story delivery.
Own on-site discoverability, SEO/metadata, and page speed improvements.
Collaborate with Planning to optimize homepage and category placements.
Lead GTM and ecommerce moment campaigns across Website, App, and TikTok Shop.
Develop CRO roadmap; hypothesize, test, and report results to teams.
Manage ecommerce vendor ecosystem and ensure quality standards.
Work with Dev/Ops/Creative on Shopify templates and site projects.
Maintain branded, mobile-first content and accurate product data.
Own ecommerce reporting and KPI-driven site optimization.
Leverage Claude Cowork and other AI tools to scale workflows.
Act as voice of ecommerce across Creative, Brand, Planning, Retail, and Customer Experience.
