Job summary

TFC Marketing, a premier digital marketing and e-commerce strategy firm in Brickell, seeks a Shopify Growth & E-commerce Marketing Manager to own growth for multiple DTC brands. You will drive strategy, optimize funnels, and manage client relationships with a data-driven, hands-on approach.

The role requires direct ownership of outcomes, expertise across Meta Ads, Shopify, GA, and WordPress, plus a track record of scaling brands from zero to significant monthly revenue.

Qualifications

• Personally scaled at least one Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+/month.
• Direct ownership of strategy and execution.
• Direct experience working inside an agency setting.
• Deep understanding of full funnel growth.
• On-site conversion optimization (PDP, bundles, AOV)

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy per account, maintain a living growth plan—ads, funnels, PDP priorities, and email/SMS tactics.
• Identify and press revenue levers (AOV, conversion rate, LTV) and translate findings into fast-action briefs for the team.
• Provide weekly performance recaps, defend results, and drive renewals with clients.
