Job summary

New Chapter, Inc. is seeking a digitally savvy professional to support the DTC channel by building and updating landing pages, managing Shopify content, and executing CRM campaigns.

You will focus on optimizing the customer journey to drive revenue growth, conversions, and retention. The role combines ecommerce platform expertise with marketing tech and basic front-end development skills, offering a hybrid position based in Southern Vermont.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce and DTC marketing, including site management.
• Strong CRM, email/SMS lifecycle marketing knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront content and merchandising.
• Execute website updates for product launches and campaigns.
• Run CRM campaigns and loyalty programs to drive engagement.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across digital channels.
• Monitor performance using data and tests to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on digital initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and governance processes.
