Job summary

Seeking Health LLC is hiring an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize the Shopify-powered storefront, driving the education-first DTC strategy. You will lead a small team, partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations, and push improvements from site performance to conversion optimization.

The role focuses on maximizing revenue per visitor, improving AOV, reducing cart abandonment, and spearheading data-driven merchandising within a fast-growing supplement company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ecommerce experience managing Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance at DTC brands.
• Strong technical proficiency with Shopify (Liquid, apps, theme customizations).
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and customizations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion optimization tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Own Shopify platform, app integrations, theme customization, site performance, and uptime.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Test and optimize customer journey, run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, implement improvements.
• User Experience & Design: Collaborate with design to ensure intuitive, educational experiences and mobile-first design.
• Product Merchandising: Organize catalog to maximize discoverability and sales with educational content.
• Site Content & SEO: Collaborate on site content, landing pages, and SEO best practices.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key ecommerce metrics and drive insights with GA, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps.
