R2 Global is seeking a Director of Ecommerce Growth to drive the company\'s digital commerce strategy across all online channels. You will oversee Shopify management, digital marketing, CRO, merchandising, analytics, and customer experience to scale revenue.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ecommerce with 5+ years in leadership and deep Shopify experience, including apps and integrations. Competitive salary and performance bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in eCommerce with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Expert knowledge of Shopify and Shopify Plus, including apps, APIs, and custom development.
• Proven success in scaling DTC revenue and improving conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and omnichannel commerce.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Salary up to $200k.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Oversee Shopify storefronts, including Plus features and integrations to improve functionality and user experience.
• Drive paid and organic traffic via SEO, SEM, email, social, and affiliate channels, plus CRO.
• Oversee online merchandising, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns; collaborate with fulfillment teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
