Job summary

Sticky Digital, LLC is seeking a CRO Strategist to take ownership of the CRO practice for DTC ecommerce brands. You will work hands-on on client Shopify stores, design the repeatable CRO process, and shape roles as the practice grows. This ground-floor role offers runway to scale the team and craft the operating model.

You’ll audit stores, build roadmaps, run tests, and present findings to clients, while partnering with internal designers and developers to ship high-impact experiments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on CRO experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Experience running A/B and multivariate tests on Shopify/Shopify Plus stores.
• Comfort with analytics and behavior tools (GA4, Hotjar, Clarity).
• Ability to build a testing roadmap and prioritize using a framework (ICE/PIE).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Run CRO for current clients and audit their Shopify stores for high-impact opportunities.
• Build and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap aligned with client goals and traffic reality.
• Write test hypotheses, define success metrics, and determine sample size and duration.
• Launch and QA tests, and implement simpler tests when possible.
• Analyze results, select winners, and document learnings for clients and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in calls and written reports.
• Collaborate with design and development to write briefs and manage test execution.
• Coordinate design and dev work, including timelines, QA, and launches.
• Create a repeatable Sticky CRO system: intake, audit, roadmap, execution, reporting.
