Job summary

Seeking Health LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize the Shopify-powered storefront, driving our $17M direct-to-consumer business. You will manage platform performance, UX, merchandising, and conversion, leading one direct report while collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Operations to educate and convert customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years ecommerce experience managing Shopify or similar platforms.
• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance at DTC brands.
• Strong Shopify technical proficiency (Liquid, apps, theme customizations).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and customizations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and optimization tools (Hotjar, VWO).
• Solid UX understanding, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.
• Project management skills coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Own Shopify platform, app integrations, theme customizations, and performance.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Test, analyze, and improve funnel steps and checkout.
• User Experience & Design: Collaborate with design for intuitive, educational, and mobile-focused UX.
• Product Merchandising: Organize catalog for discovery, pages with educational content, cross-sells.
• Site Content & SEO: Partner with Marketing on content, SEO best practices, structured data.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics with GA/Shopify analytics and heatmaps.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Run promotions, codes, banners; measure effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Manage one direct report; mentor and align on goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, IT, Operations, and CS.
• Innovation & Testing: Stay current on Shopify updates; experiment with AI-powered personalization.
