Job summary

Revision Skincare® is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our DTC Shopify storefront, drive data-driven journeys, and optimize conversions across CRM, analytics, and merchandising. You will own journey design, personalization, and GA4/Shopify analytics, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

The role emphasizes hybrid work from Irving, TX, with a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DTC ecommerce management.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify admin and app ecosystem.
• Proficiency with GA4 and Excel for data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing data-driven, personalized customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer journeys across awareness to loyalty, grounded in data.
• Own Shopify functionality and ensure mobile-first, bug-free UX.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, and Analytics to align strategy with promos.
• Use personalization tools and AI to deliver relevant product recommendations.
• Develop a testing roadmap (A/B and multivariate) and report KPIs.
• Own data dashboards and GA4/Shopify analytics insights for optimization.
