HOLT CAT in Irving, Texas is seeking a mid-level Shop Service Technician 3 to support the component rebuild center. You will diagnose, disassemble, rebuild, and test diesel-powered heavy equipment, using CAT ET & CAT SIS and a range of hand, pneumatic, and specialized tools.

This role requires at least four years of diesel repair experience, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Formación

• Four or more years of diesel-powered heavy equipment repair experience preferred.
• Ability to read/use schematics and diagrams experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from a diesel technology program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions.
• Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Rebuilds, repairs, and maintains equipment and components.
• Documents all work performed electronically.
• Mentors and helps train other technicians.
