Altorfer Cat seeks a Service Supervisor to lead safe, efficient service operations and deliver top-tier customer satisfaction. You will guide technicians and clerical staff, manage work orders through to invoicing, and contribute to budget planning and workforce development.

• Leadership to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations.
• Strong customer communication and ability to manage a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to work Saturdays when needed.
• Excellent written business communication skills.
• Experience with service repairs and maintenance knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to ensure safe, efficient and productive operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers and technicians on repairs and define the scope of work to ensure expectations are met.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication skills and the ability to manage a large, diverse workforce.
• Work with shop personnel, PSSRs, and customers in support of opening work orders and seeing them through to invoice.
• Develop long range plans and budgets for growing the service business.
• Oversee technician productivity and performance including annual reviews and safety leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to lift 75lbs and have a valid driver’s license with clean record.
