Job summary

Altorfer Inc is seeking a supervisor to manage daily field service operations, coordinating technicians and ensuring timely service visits. You will open work orders, track progress, and report outcomes to customers.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least two years of Power Systems engine and electrical experience, plus a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Benefits include comprehensive insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years in Power Systems engine and electrical work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; no more than 2 minor violations in 3 years, no major violations in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of field service technicians; assign the most qualified technician to meet customer demand.
• Accommodate customer service requests and adjust technician schedules to meet deadlines.
• Open and document work orders from initial customer call; update customers on progress.
