Job summary

Altorfer Cat is seeking a Power Rental Service Supervisor to lead technicians, coordinate field and shop schedules, and ensure fleet readiness across locations. Strong communication and leadership are essential to meet customer needs with high satisfaction.

The role requires five years in supervisory service operations, a clean driving record, and proficiency with DBS/iRental and related software. Travel to multiple sites and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five years of service repair or supervisory service operations experience required.
• Working in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment is a must for this position.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all power rental technicians across all Altorfer locations, including shop and field schedules.
• Maintain technician productivity through training development and scheduling; complete annual performance reviews.
• Manage maintenance and fleet readiness of rental equipment; update equipment status in iRental.
• Process rental contracts and ensure prompt billing; communicate with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel regularly to all power rental service locations and manage inventory.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement; participate in safety meetings and training.
